Activity Summary Connection Issue

Hi,

Recently some of our users are facing an issue when they open the Case record, a pop-up message shows up saying "Activity Summary extension cannot connect to the crm server. Make sure you connect to CRM
with following url: crm url here .." and then Activity Summary pane gets frozen.

This is happening only with few users. For otheres it's working fine.
Please see attached imge of this error.

Ignore my isuue with the Activity Summary control not working on Case entity as posted on Codplex isseue traker.
It turns our to be security issue. Afterer some playing, it's working now.
